Do you have a physical store I can visit?
The Bae Club is an online store which means unfortunately we don’t have a physical store to visit. Our easy returns allow you to try your items and change your mind if they are not quite right!

Where do I track my Order?

We pack and ship orders quickly!
Although we cannot guarantee the update can be made before your order is shipped, we will make every attempt to update or cancel your order for you.

Can I make a change to an order after I have placed it?

Yes, we do regularly restock our most popular styles, so that you don't miss out.
How do I know which size to choose?
We understand how confusing it can be choosing the perfect size. We have included our size guide on all of the products which provides measurements You can find the size guide on every product page just under the sizes.

What is the return policy for The Bae Club?
Most of our products are eligible for exchange. If the product is eligible for exchange, you can raise the return/replacement request.

How do I package my return?
You can repackage your items in our 100% compostable mailers and attach the shipping label that we'll send to you via email on top of the mailer.
If you have disposed off the original packaging, you can pack the product with any courier bags, corrugated boxes, bubble wrap etc.
After this is done, you can email us the dimensions of the package with the packaging photo. And we will arrange for the shipping.

Why can't I see the COD option on my payment page?
Our courier partners may not support the Cash on Delivery option for your delivery address.
