What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping Charges:

Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹299

Prepaid Orders: ₹100

Express Shipping: ₹500

Core Collection – Express Shipping (3–5 Days):

All items from our Core Collection are shipped via Express Shipping by default and typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

Need it faster?

Select Express Shipping at checkout to get your order delivered the next day. (Charges apply.)

Non-Core Collection – Standard Shipping (10–15 Days):

Due to high demand and a growing list of brand partners, items not part of our Core Collection may take up to 10–15 days to be delivered.

Product-Specific Timelines:

Each product page includes detailed Shipping & Return information with exact delivery timelines specific to that item.

Multiple Item Orders:

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately and could arrive in multiple shipments.

Delivery Timelines:

The estimated delivery times provided are indicative. While we strive to meet these timelines, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will keep you informed and provide timely updates.

What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at +91 9324790964 and we will try our best to resolve the issues.

My order has been shipped. Can I track it?

Once your product is dispatched, we will send out the shipping details via email and WhatsApp.

If your delivery location is in Mumbai, the delivery will happen on the same day in a few hours or max by the next day.

If your delivery location is outside of Mumbai, the delivery will happen anywhere between 3-7 working days.

Once your order has been shipped, the tracking link will reflect all the details after 24 hrs.

International Orders

International orders are shipped within 7-14 business days from India. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and customs processes. We’ll keep you updated with tracking details for a smooth delivery experience!
