Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

What is the return policy for The Bae Club?

Most of our products are eligible for exchange. If the product is eligible for exchange, you can raise the return/replacement request by writing an email to us at hello@thebaeclub.in within 3 days of delivery.

Products must not be worn, altered or washed and must be returned in their original packaging accompanied by their tags. Any products showing any signs of use will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

How are exchanges/returns processed?

Exchange/Return Process:

  • Contact us at hello@thebaeclub.in to start an exchange.
  • We'll arrange for a pickup with our partner courier service, and they will come to collect the item.
  • Items sent back without a tag won't be accepted.
  • A courier will pick up the item within 3-5 business days after your return request.
  • Once picked up, we'll initiate a refund to your Bae Club Wallet as loyalty points.
  • You can use the refunded amount for another purchase within 6 months.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of the order.

The Bae Club -  reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer which may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer. 

How will I receive the refund for my cancelled product?

Once the pickup is done, your refund will be initiated from our end and your amount will be credited to the source of your payment. 

How long does it take to receive a refund for a returned product?

We will process the amount to your Bae Club Wallet as loyalty points within 3-5 business days in case of a return. 

My garment does not fit me. What can I do? 

If the product does not fit and you would like a different size, please write to us at hello@thebaeclub.in requesting a size exchange within 10 days of receiving the product. For making an informed decision, please refer to the product size guide available on the site. All the garments are true to the dimensions mentioned in the size guide.
